Mr. Ransom began practicing in Grants Pass in 2005, and has since developed experience in a wide variety of legal areas, including representing and assisting clients with collections, foreclosures, and bankruptcy matters; estate planning, probate, and trust administrations; documenting real property transactions and addressing real estate title issues; contract disputes; intellectual property matters, including trademark registrations; organizing businesses; and other areas of general legal practice. Bill represents and assists local businesses, local and regional banks and private lenders, school districts, non-profit corporations, and a wide variety of companies and individuals throughout Southern Oregon.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and dogs. He also likes writing and recording songs, playing guitar, cooking, and hiking in the woods.

Ms. Ferguson began practicing in Grants Pass in 2007. Kendell’s practice is primarily focused on litigation and estate planning and administration. She has experience in a wide variety of legal areas, including collections, foreclosures and bankruptcy; estate planning, probate and trust administrations; documenting real property transactions and addressing real estate title issues; contract disputes; organizing businesses; and other areas of general legal practice. She represents local and out-of-state businesses and private individuals in litigation. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.

Rebecca Wilson

Ms. Wilson began her legal career at Lane County Circuit Court as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Karrie K. McIntyre. It was there that she discovered her desire to practice family law and help her clients achieve their goals. Rebecca began practicing in Grants Pass in 2019 and is looking forward to getting to know this community.

Rebecca is an avid animal lover and enjoys spending time with her pets and volunteering at the animal shelter, playing trivia with friends, trying new things (especially local restaurants and breweries), and traveling.
