D. Eugene Bahn was born in Ohio in 1961 and was admitted to the California bar in 1991, and the Oregon bar and the U.S. District Court, District of Oregon in 2008. Mr. Bahn received his B.A., cum laude, in 1983 from Grove City College, Grove City, Pennsylvania. He was graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California with a J.D., cum laude, in 1991. Member: California State Bar, Oregon State Bar. LANGUAGES: Italian.

Mr. Bahn began practicing in Grants Pass in 2008 after diverse experiences in law and business both in the United States and in Europe. When Mr. Bahn was admitted to practice in California in 1991, he was living in Milan, Italy, working as a business consultant in an international law firm.  He has also held positions as senior buyer for the largest office products distributor in Southern California at the time, Associate Development Director for the California Shakespeare Festival, an acquisitions manager for a small national telecommunications company, and the advertising law trainer and Legal Compliance Coordinator for the national headquarters of Lithia Motors, Inc. He has also worked in various capacities in non-profit organizations.

Having lived in large metropolitan areas (Los Angeles, San Francisco, Milan), he is most happy now participating in a smaller community in southern Oregon, and being part of a vibrant law practice assisting individuals and small business owners with their varied legal needs.
