Mr. Dole began practicing in Grants Pass in 1991. Since then, he has developed an active practice representing real estate developers, local and out-of-state businesses and private individuals in litigation, land use, estate planning and probate. He regularly appears before local governments and the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals in development, zoning and land use permitting matters. One of his primary areas of practice is state and federal mining law. He is general counsel to the Grants Pass School District. In his free time he enjoys skiing and boating on the Rogue River with his children and he is an avid runner.
