Mr. Ransom began practicing in Grants Pass in 2005 after earning an advanced law degree. He has successfully litigated, tried and defended numerous civil cases for local businesses and individuals. He endeavors to provide his clients with a candid assessment of their individual circumstances while stressing the importance of frank and open communication. Although he has experience in a wide variety of legal areas, his practice is focused on intellectual and real property issues; business formations and transactions; wills, trusts and probate matters; construction and contract disputes. He also represents creditors and debtors in bankruptcy, state court collections, and non-judicial foreclosure proceedings. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his young daughters, is an accomplished musician, and is an avid homebrewer.
